At Codify we love simplicity and that the client has everything under control, which is why we have divided the business process (project) into 4 steps.
- 1st step is a preferably virtual or face-to-face meeting where we can listen very carefully to your business ideas, whether it is in the ideation phase or an expansion of your current business (a new brand, a campaign, a blog of your company , etc).
- 2nd step is to create a budget based on the information gathered in the first meeting, the budget will be sent via email with the necessary details for your understanding, and the budget with all the details is delivered once the contract is signed in step 4.
- 3rd step is optional, but could be done in case you need to decrease or increase the budget. This step is a meeting like the first, but here we only review the reason for the budget increase or decrease. Then if everything is fine we go to the 4th step.
- 4th step is the acceptance of the budget (proposal) and the signing of the contract and start of the project, already in this step we deliver the detailed budget for a better understanding of everything that is coming, in that budget you will be able to know the design process and development with estimated times and costs.
As soon as we are working on the project, you will have access to the JIRA tool, where you can see the day-to-day progress of the project, you can ask any questions and even make changes on the fly, but from this reading we remind you that this impact delivery times.
